The Pagisto BNI Dashboard provides an edited, comparative overview of your chapters, members, territories and your region(s). Depending on the preferences of the region we are able to lock and unlock the different levels from the executive director to the leadership team. Our Member performance monitoring software was developed as a means to showcase, track and control members of different work environments such as franchise systems. Working together with BNI region NRW we have developed a BNI specific dashboard for Germany and Austria.

The Pagisto dashboard combines various BNI data sets and gives you a new perspective on your region. Keep track of the key performance indicators of your franchise region for sustainable growth and success of your members. Data is compiled, compared and visually presented to the user.

Chapter Traffic Lights

The Chapter Traffic Lights, or CTL for short, are made up of seven categories. Each of these categories summarizes the overall performance of the chapter(s) within a montage. They provide comparability between the different branches within the network.

The Member Traffic Lights, or MTL for short, are made up of seven categories. Each of these categories summarizes the overall performance of the respective member over the last six months. Similar to the Chapter Traffic Lights, the MTLs highlight the member's successes.

A map of current chapter locations can show potential expansion sites. The maps are an essential tool for locating sites, especially during construction.

A new way to see your BNI region

The map shows you the area in which you are operating as well as any chapter within or just outside your region. The map is supposed to give an overview of your region in order to grow the network BNI inside your areas. For a more detailed look you are able to change the view to focus on a single city or county.

Almost 50 regions with more than 12.000 members in Germany and Austria already use the Pagisto BNI Dashboard for regional management.

 

For you as a franchisee, we at Pagisto not only offer an analysis tool but also take care of the data import and the upload of the monthly member performance data in the form of the MTL/CTL as well as the upload of the member statistics with all relevant key figures twice a week. The Member Traffic Lights can be exported to each member individually or collectively to print.
